mohan-charMohan has designed, managed, led and overseen all aspects of project delivery, including funding procurement, programming, preliminary engineering, environmental documentation, development of plans, specifications, estimates, quantities, construction cost certifications, bid support, and design support during construction. In addition, he has recently led structures design development through the Design-Build delivery process which is increasingly becoming an accepted mode of procurement for large and medium sized projects throughout the State.

Mohan’s significant bridge experience includes the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge project where he served in the role of project manager/lead bridge engineer responsible for developing Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for the Eastbound Oakland Approach Structures. He also understands the intricacies of Caltrans Local Agency Procedures and Policies, and has helped many local agencies obtain Federal and State funding, such as HBP/BPMP, PNRS, TIGER and PROP 1B. Over the last 7 years, Mohan has assisted local agencies to secure and program over $200 million in project funding.
