County of Riverside selected NCM as one of the top 4 firms for providing on-call environmental and engineering services Capital Improvement Program’s (CIP) FHWA funded projects whose value is $0.5M per year for 3 years which later got extended by another 2 years because of outstanding work of NCM. Furthermore, based on the ranking on this On-call Services Contract County selected NCM to provide engineering and environmental services for 2 Segments of Temescal Canyon Road project which NCM Team completed in a record time of less than 15 months to meet the funding sunset deadlines. Project work under this contract were delivered through project specific task orders. Tasks consisted of a wide variety of project types ranging from preliminary engineering to environmental to PS&E to bid and construction support to as-built plans preparation.

Project Description

NCM bested several national firms and was selected as the top ranked firm on this procurement. This contract is $2.5M over 5 years. NCM is entering year 3 of this contract and already maxed out the ceiling of $500,000 for the year. This clearly demonstrates the County’s trust in NCM to lead their projects time and again. As with federal contract, project work under this contract were delivered through project specific task orders. Tasks consisted of a wide variety of project types ranging from preliminary engineering to environmental to PS&E to updating County Road Standards to bid and construction support.

As the prime consultant, NCM is responsible for task order execution, managing, overseeing, designing, and delivering the following task orders encompassing a broad spectrum of project types.
